		<description><![CDATA[Yes, I have felt the &quot;great disruption,&quot;  though not from an economic sense (here in Oklahoma it seems that we have not been hit as hard as other parts of the country).  Web 2.0 and staying up-to-date technologically is my disruption.  This disruption also struck right around the time I was making a career change . . . which did not help at all.   Taking advantage of SLA&#039;s 23 Things last summer was the first step to adaptation.  Continuous learning is the ongoing strategy.

Other than that (on an ec0nomic level), I&#039;m just continuing to work and hoping for an economic turnaround.
